Company History & Mission
Tech UNLT was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, serving all five boroughs of New York City. Our mission is to deliver reliable and cost effective low voltage and security system solutions for public agencies, general contractors, and private clients. As a minority owned small business, we take pride in using structured cabling and modern communications technologies to keep buildings connected, efficient, and secure.
Our team has completed projects valued up to approximately $180,000 and brings hands on experience across a range of environments, including schools, interior renovations, HVAC related low voltage work, voice and data row upgrades, patch panels, and supporting electrical infrastructure.
Minority‑owned & certifications
Tech UNLT is certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in both New York City and New York State and is registered with the New York City School Construction Authority. The company also holds DBE and SDVOB designations, where applicable. These certifications allow Tech UNLT to meet minority participation requirements on public sector projects and demonstrate full compliance with SCA procurement and contracting standards.

Our team consists of experienced low voltage technicians specializing in access control systems, nurse call systems, VOIP, CCTV, intercoms, and structured cabling. Backed by strong industry expertise, we are focused on delivering reliable, high quality solutions on every project.
Safety, ongoing training, and hands on project management are central to how we operate. All work is self performed by our in house team, which allows us to maintain strict quality control, ensure compliance with project requirements, and deliver consistent, dependable results. Our collaborative approach and attention to detail help us complete each installation efficiently and to the highest standards.
